We comply with the No Suprises Act (H.R. 133). Please provide your email address when you set your appointment so we can issue a 'good faith estimate' of services that may be provided. The law states the providers must provide this estimate to uninsured and self-pay individuals upon their request, and at the time of scheduling health care services.
