We will send you a link to our therapy portal to fill out the paperwork and upload your insurance card. This must be done 3 days prior to your appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled and have to be rescheduled or you can be placed on our wait list.
If insurance information is not provided 3 days prior to your appointment, you will be charged in full for the session type provided, and that amount may be applied as a credit once insurance is processed (about 30-45 days processing time).

We will take cash, HSA/FSA cards, credit cards, and checks for services and a good faith estimate will be provided. See amounts below.
We use the healthcare records system to process credit cards. To charge your card (FSA, HSA, MC, VISA), you will enter the card number and the therapist will not see your card, this is a secure platform and HIPAA compliant. We require to keep a card on file for our records to process in case of no-shows, rescheduling fees, or late cancels. Please note we charge a 3% convenience fee for credit/HSA cards

All other services not covered above including, letters, email (reading and responding), telephone consultation (with yourself or others), etc., are billed at the hourly rate for the classification of the clinician who is working with your family. Billed in 15-minute increments.
